RED ALERT: Attorney Gen. Hits Trump With Crushing Orders… Libs Just Made Their Move

It is no secret that staunch Democrat New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman quite literally despises Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and has been intently focused on finding some legal issue to trip up the billionaire businessman’s campaign.

According to Politico, Schneiderman may have just made a move that will have anti-Trumpers squealing with delight as he just veritably pulled the rug out from the billionaire’s charity organization in New York, financially speaking at least.

The attorney general’s office apparently proclaimed that the Donald J. Trump Foundation was not properly registered in the state of New York, and has ordered the charity to cease all fundraising in the state until the alleged oversight is rectified.

That order came in a cease-and-desist “Notice of Violation” released Monday that stated that the Trump Foundation must “immediately cease soliciting contributions or engaging in any other fundraising activity in New York.”

The foundation, established in 1988, is separate from the Trump campaign, but Democrats are desperate for any cloud they can throw up around the Republican nominee. (It’s worth pointing out that the same attorney general has found absolutely nothing to question about the much larger, more politically oriented Clinton Foundation, which is also based in his jurisdiction.)

Should this alleged violation of state law prove true, it is likely a rather minor oversight which the organization can clear up within the next 15 days by filing the appropriate paperwork with state authorities.

For their part, the Trump campaign dismissed the allegation and order from the AG as being blown out of proportion for partisan purposes.

“While we remain very concerned about the political motives behind AG Schneiderman’s investigation, the Trump Foundation nevertheless intends to cooperate fully with the investigation,” stated Trump spokeswoman Hope Hicks. “Because this is an ongoing legal matter, the Trump Foundation will not comment further at this time.”

It remains to be seen if this gets picked up and spun into an unreal scandal of epic proportions by a liberal media that seemingly salivates over any potential smidgen of wrongdoing on Trump’s part that can be used as a cudgel to bludgeon him for days and weeks on end with.

Please share this on Facebook and Twitter to spread the word that New York’s attorney feneral has ordered the Trump Foundation to stop all fundraising in New York due to a potential error in registration paperwork.
