Media reports are confirming that a 44-story building in downtown Atlanta, Georgia, was just evacuated.

The State of Georgia Building, also known as 2 Peachtree Street, was cleared out after a suspicious vehicle was spotted in the area.
According to AJC.com, the Department of Public Safety issued a statement: “Emergency personnel are on the scene and will advise further.”
The evacuated building is a 566 feet skyscraper. When it was built in 1966, it was considered the tallest building in the Southeast.
