Trump Launches FIRST MOVE in Plan to DEPORT ILLEGALS

Illegal aliens have abused our immigration system and our streets for too long, and now something is finally being done about it.

The Department of Justice has announced that it has started the process of reassigning immigration judges to 12 cities across the country. The judges are being relocated to speed up the process of deportations as the courts grapple with a massive backlog of pending cases, via Breitbart.

President Trump is calling for immigration judges to volunteer to be reassigned. This is now the second wave of judges who are being relocated to deal with problem areas. Detentions centers were granted additional staffing earlier this month to speed up the process.

This marks the first major move towards President Trump’s promise to crack down on illegal immigration, which was allowed to flourish under Barack Obama.

The Obama administration ignored the problem of illegal immigration and only made efforts to deport illegal aliens who were convicted of serious crimes. Often, they did not even do that, as many criminals remain on our streets.

The valiant efforts of Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE) officers are filling the court system with illegal immigrants. There is currently an estimated backlog of over 18,000 pending immigration cases that need to be addressed.

The movement of judges to high risk areas is the beginning of a larger plan that will allow law enforcement and the courts to do their jobs once again.

The Department of Homeland Security recently released a memo requesting permission to use an expedited deportation hearing for illegal aliens who have been in the country for less than two years. The process is currently restricted to illegal aliens who have been in the country for less than two weeks.

The Department of Justice is relocating judges to the following cities: Baltimore, Maryland; Bloomington, Minnesota; El Paso and Harlingen, Texas; Imperial, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, California; Miami, Florida; New Orleans, Louisiana; New York, New York; Omaha, Nebraska; and Phoenix, Arizona.

The list of cities in need of additional judges is telling. Many of them are sanctuary cities with Democrat mayors. Others are cities in close proximity to the border. Three cities in California have been targeted for help, and the state of California has declared itself an overall sanctuary state.

President Trump’s plan has left the Democrats floundering as thousands of their voters are being forced out of the country for their crimes.
